As a store manager for Conlin’s Furniture you will be entrusted to drive the business by promoting a culture that is dedicated to our customer’s needs. We are looking for a manager who desires a fast paced, goal-oriented work environment with the ability to develop a successful team.

Ideal candidates should have a proven track record managing a retail sales operation with an emphasis on building long term customer relationships, have the ability to execute plans to accomplish company goals, possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively supervise, coach and develop all assigned employees.
